Couples hosting an event at our Historic Carriage House will have access to ceremony space beneath the ancient live oaks and alongside the beautiful Ashley River.

This year-round property has an inside capacity of 150 guests with dancing, or 200 guests with dancing taking place on our outdoor patio and lawn.

Rental of the Carriage House includes: an outdoor patio with fire pit, uplighting on the historic live oaks, and a wooden bar. This property is handicap accessible and has two bridal suites onsite. This venue does require a licensed professional event planner and dedicated onsite parking is available for guests.
