Join us throughout the summer alongside some of Charleston’s favorite fitness studios on our Carriage House Lawn along the Ashley River!

8am: Power 60 - sign up here: Experience the dynamic harmony of movement and breath in our Power 60 practice. You’ll dive into a full-body practice designed to unlock your inner power, vitality, and freedom as you find flow. Suitable for individuals looking to move with momentum, this 60-minute session offers an invigorating journey towards inner strength. (60-minutes)

10am: Spry Mat - sign up here: Spry classes are designed to support healthy living at every age. Discover how to harness yoga tools to adapt poses for accessibility and longevity in your practice. Transition from seated on the ground to standing poses to experience stillness, strength, and balance. This class is ideal for newcomers or seasoned students who feel at ease with transitions between floor and standing positions. This is a great class if you are focused on joint and spine health, looking for low-impact activity, recovering from an injury, or want to balance the intensity of your hot practice. You’re invited to explore the foundations of yoga with confidence and tranquility. (60-Minutes)

Lowcountry Power Yoga

Lowcountry Power Yoga is a family-run yoga studio that believes in yoga for each and every body. We are inspired by the Baptiste Yoga Methodology which incorporates the physical poses, meditation, and self-reflection as an access to power, vitality, and freedom. We are excited to expand this practice in the Charleston community and make this style of yoga accessible to everyone with the inclusion of Spry Yoga classes for healthy living at every age. Our studio is a safe and supportive space for you to explore, grow, and try something new. We encourage acceptance and respect for everyone who joins us, and we look forward to your presence in our community!
