May 12 - CORE TO FLO with HyLo at 6:30pm

6:30 pm:Our new signature Pilates-inspired class is a dynamic fusion of large-range movement, cardio exercises, and targeted core conditioning. This high-energy, beat-based class is designed to elevate your heart rate while strengthening and toning your core for a complete full-body workout.

June 2 - Jane Do TRAMP Class

Time TBD: Bounce yourself into shape with our low impact mini trampoline class.  Cardio routines are broken down into digestible combinations and coupled with our lower body, upper body and abdominal strength training intervals to tone your entire body as you increase energy, circulation and vitality.

June 14 - LO with HyLo at 6:30pm

June 30 - Lowcountry Power Yoga at 8am and 10am

8am: Power 60: Experience the dynamic harmony of movement and breath in our Power 60 practice. You’ll dive into a full-body practice designed to unlock your inner power, vitality, and freedom as you find flow. Suitable for individuals looking to move with momentum, this 60-minute session offers an invigorating journey towards inner strength. (60-minutes)

10am: Spry Mat: Spry classes are designed to support healthy living at every age. Discover how to harness yoga tools to adapt poses for accessibility and longevity in your practice. Transition from seated on the ground to standing poses to experience stillness, strength, and balance. This class is ideal for newcomers or seasoned students who feel at ease with transitions between floor and standing positions. This is a great class if you are focused on joint and spine health, looking for low-impact activity, recovering from an injury, or want to balance the intensity of your hot practice. You’re invited to explore the foundations of yoga with confidence and tranquility. (60-Minutes)

Lowcountry Power Yoga

Lowcountry Power Yoga is a family-run yoga studio that believes in yoga for each and every body. We are inspired by the Baptiste Yoga Methodology which incorporates the physical poses, meditation, and self-reflection as an access to power, vitality, and freedom. We are excited to expand this practice in the Charleston community and make this style of yoga accessible to everyone with the inclusion of Spry Yoga classes for healthy living at every age. Our studio is a safe and supportive space for you to explore, grow, and try something new. Jane Do

Jane DO is building the largest community of the most confident women. Beyond workouts, Jane DO is a community of women who empower and support each other through happy hours, hangouts, fitness challenges, informational talks, event classes, and more!

Created by Radio City Rockettes Jacey Lambros and Danielle DeAngelo, Jane DO offers a variety of group fitness classes that are fun, challenging and have women reaching new levels of strength and confidence. Our Janes are taking the strength they build inside the studio, outside to DO incredible things.

Five unique classes fuse aerobics, strength training, and flexibility to provide the variety women need to DO it all. All classes are 50 minute, total body workouts designed to LIFT your A$$ and your SPIRIT.
