Couples hosting an event at our Historic Carriage House will have access to ceremony space beneath the ancient live oaks and alongside the beautiful Ashley River. This year-round property has an inside capacity of 150 guests with dancing, or 200 guests with dancing taking place on our outdoor patio and lawn. Rental of the Carriage House includes an outdoor patio with fire pit, uplighting on the historic live oaks, and a wooden bar. This property is handicap accessible and has a bridal suite onsite. This venue does require a licensed professional event planner and dedicated onsite parking is available for guests.
